Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services.
By accessing Edible Sensations By T website, mobile or tablet application, or any other feature or other Edible Sensations By T platform (collectively, "Our Website”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use Our Website.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refers to Edible Sensations By T and Ediblesensationsbyt.com and "you" and "your" refers to you, the user/visitor of Our Website.
Edible Sensations By T offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We may modify these Terms for any reason—at any time—by posting a new version on Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes.
Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use.
Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with Our Website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of Our Website.

Cake Design & Consultation
All our cakes are made to order.
You can browse our portfolio or we can design something unique for you.
Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced elsewhere can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of the cake and will not be a replica.
Please be aware that copyright also protects some designs and, therefore, cannot be copied.
We DO NOT offer or specialize in fondant or sculpted cakes.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or schedule a consultation during which we will design your cake and provide you with a quote.
Ordering your cake early is highly recommended.
3 to 5 DAYS for Traditional, Signature or Infused items, 4 to 7 days for Simple Custom items and 14 days for Intricate custom items.
Reservations are taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
A fifty percent non-refundable retainer fee will secure your date on our calendar & go towards your order balance.
Remaining balance must be paid before event date.
All orders with the total amount exceeding $ 100 must be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.
We may be able to accommodate last minute orders, but we cannot guarantee availability.
If a rush order can be accommodated, a 15% rush order fee will be added to your order.
Allergies & Special Dietary Requirements
Please be aware that while your cake may not be made with nuts or a nut product, it will have been prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other cakes and fillings.
We cannot guarantee that your cake will be free from all nut traces.
All of the cakes, fillings, and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, and nuts.
It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information.
We shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.
Non-Edible Items
Most cakes contain small proportions of inedible items, it is the client's responsibility to ensure these are removed by before guests consumption
eg. Support dowels in tiered cakes, ribbon, wires in sugar flowers, crystals, flower picks & flower tape (where fresh flowers are used).
Some flowers (eg. Ivy) are poisonous and not suitable for use on food products.
If you are adding your own flowers, or any other decoration to your cake then we can no longer guarantee the safety and hygiene of the cake and are no longer responsible for it.
Deposit & Payments
Order acceptance will be based on availability.
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact design and size of your cake.
We do not ‘price match’, as our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used.
Following your consultation/inquiry, your quote is valid until a given date, however it doesn't secure your order.
Paying your deposit (see below) secures your order & prevents any further price increases.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time at our discretion before, but not after, we accept orders.
All prices are quoted in US and exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
All payments can be made via cash or wire transfer.
Note : If payment is not received by the given date on your quotation, your order will be cancelled and will have to be resubmitted.
Alterations
If you have any queries or need to make any changes to an order please contact us immediately.
Alterations and amendments must be submitted in writing. We will assess the request for an alteration, and endeavors to make alteration where possible dependent on the design and amount of notice given.
We will let you know its effect on the price and any agreed timetable.
Accepting any alterations is at the discretion of the Seller.
Alterations requested less than 5 days before completion may be subject to a surcharge.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check any quotes and invoices thoroughly before making payment.
We reserve the right to change the design at any point if circumstances beyond our control compromise the quality of the finished product.
e.g. weather conditions. The Buyer will be notified of any such changes, and we will endeavor to keep any changes minimal.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always strive to help you...
All cancelations must be made via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations that aren't confirmed by us will not be valid.
If you must cancel your order, the 50% balance will be refunded if the cancellation is received 48 hours in advance, before your pick-up or delivery date.
The 50% deposit made when ordering is NON - REFUNDABLE, unless it's an unforeseen circumstance.
Last minute orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be given if the client does not like the taste of the product.
If the client does not wish to accept the product upon delivery or pickup, there will be no refund given, unless the cake is damaged by Edible Sensations By T.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If for any reason Edible sensations by T is unable to fulfill your order due to illness or any other circumstance that affects the ability to cater the ordered product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer.
We will not cancel or reschedule your order unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Force Majeure: In any event such as natural disaster, pandemic, or large-scale situation beyond our control refunds will not be provided.
Pick Up
At the time of collection, the customer takes full responsibility for the order.
Before your arrival, give us a call or send us a message to ensure your order is boxed and ready to go when you arrive.
Please plan to arrive no later than the stated pickup window.
Pickup Recommendations:
Cake must travel in an air-conditioned vehicle on a flat surface.
Preferably on the passenger's floorboard.
Do not place in the trunk.
Do not place on someone's lap or on car seat.
Do not place in the trunk.
Drive slowly avoiding sudden stops, turns, bumps and potholes.
Head straight to the event location.
At the time of collection, the customer takes full responsibility for the order.
Please remember that cake decorations are very delicate items, and we cannot accept responsibility for damage that is done to the cake after it has left our possession.
If any damage is rendered to the cake after it has left our possession, then you can advise us and request a repair, which will be costed accordingly, including transport costs if appropriate.
Note:
We cannot guarantee availability once your pickup time has passed, a refund will not be issued.
A 15 min grace period will only be offered if you notify us beforehand.
In case of an emergency please contact us as soon as possible, other arrangements can be made.
Edible Sensations By T assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after self-pickup.
Cakes that are not collected will NOT be refunded.
To ensure the quality and freshness of bakes remains to our high standard, we will dispose of any cake or baked item that is not picked up within 48 hours after the due time and you will be liable for the full amount of your order.
Storage & Consumption
To ensure quality and freshness our bakes should be refrigerated.
Avoid placing near foods with strong odors as the cake may absorb those odors.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator one hour prior to serving.
When not in the refrigerator, keep cake away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Depending on the room temperature cake will last thirty to forty-five minutes before melting.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator.
Edible Sensations By T advises that all food must be consumed within 24 hours of the first serving.
Any food consumed after 24 hours or later is at the client’s discretion and becomes their responsibility.
Once food has been delivered, the responsibility of consumption lies with the customer and, therefore, indemnifies Edible Sensations By T of all liability for personal use.
Delivery
If delivery has been requested, detailed instructions must be given prior to event date or provide the (Pinned) location via WhatsApp.
We will deliver the cake on the day set out in the order confirmation to the address provided.
If the delivery address changes after the order have been confirmed additional charges may be added to cover extra mileage.
Delivery cost is based on the proximity to our location.
For orders that exceed our regular capacity we reserve the right to charge extra.
Note:
You will be notified when we are on our way to your location.
Once we have arrived at your location, we will allow a 15-minute window to collect your order.
After the 15-minutes we cannot guarantee availability and a refund will not be issued.
If the address is behind a security gate please ensure that there is a contact number with your order.
If we are unable to access the property the cake will be returned to us, it can be picked up.
Any secondary delivery costs will be incurred at the customer's expense.
Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back and stored there until notice from the customer.
After 48 hrs. the product will be disposed.
When delivering to a wedding venue, we will contact the venue in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
If we set up the wedding cake, we shall take a photograph of the cake before leaving and, where possible, obtain a signature from the venue confirming the cake has been received in good condition.
Should the venue need to set up the cake themselves we shall explain how the cake is to be displayed and where possible, obtain a signature to verify we have done so.
Once the cake has been delivered, we are unable to accept liability for any damage sustained to the cake thereafter nor any failure to follow the instructions provided.
Media
Each cake or product made may be photographed.
These images are the property of Edible Sensations By T we reserve the right to use these images on our website and social media sites for advertising purposes without prior approval.
We will never use any image that is supplied by the Customer, without first obtaining the Customer’s permission.
For example: Children’s birthday parties, and photos of the events.
Feedback & Suggestions
If you provide us with any suggestions, comments or other feedback relating to Our Products and/or Services (whether existing, suggested or contemplated), which is or may be subject to any Intellectual Property rights (“Feedback”), such Feedback shall be exclusively owned by Edible Sensations by T.
By providing such Feedback to Edible Sensations by T you acknowledge and agree that it may be used by Edible Sensations By T in order to: (i) further develop, customize and improve Our Services, (ii) provide ongoing assistance and technical support, (iii) contact you with general or personalized Edible Sensations by T related notices and/or interview requests based on your feedback or otherwise, (iv) facilitate, sponsor and offer certain promotions, and monitor performance, (v) to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred information, which We may use to provide and improve its services, (vi) to enhance Our data security and fraud prevention capabilities, and (vii) to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
In addition, you (1) represent and warrant that such Feedback is accurate, complete, and does not infringe on any third party rights; (2) irrevocably assign to Edible Sensations By T any right, title and interest you may have in such Feedback and (3) explicitly and irrevocably waive any and all claims relating to any past, present or future moral rights, artists’ rights, or any other similar rights worldwide in or to such Feedback.
